How We Conduct a Digital Marketing Audit

We want to get to know you and your business so we can deliver the highest quality recommendations for your marketing plan. The first of the two meetings will be a phone call where we ask you about your contracting business.

We’re not talking about what kind of shingles or laminate flooring you prefer. We want to know what marketing you’ve tried before, what worked well, and what did not. If you have an online presence, is the story it is telling accurate? Most of the time, it’s not if you’re coming to us.

During this 20-to-30-minute call, we will ask you questions to get a fair understanding of what you have out there. It is very conversational, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions as well.

How the Digital Marketing Audit is Done

After that call, we will do our due diligence to analyze where you are now and what changes we can make to get you where you want to be. Behind the scenes, we will be running multiple reports to diagnose what is happening. We will also perform a competitor analysis to see how they’re achieving certain results.

When you take your truck into the shop for an oil change, they do a full diagnostic test to check your fluids, pressure in your lines, brake pad wear, etc. We use different tools, but the process isn’t much different. We look at your business’s online presence bumper-to-bumper!

Delivering Your Digital Marketing Audit, the Playbook

It will take us one day to complete our online presence analysis to understand what’s going on under the hood of your business. Then, two to five days after our first call, we want to meet again. This time over a video call, likely Google Meet. The video call allows us to show you our findings and digital marketing recommendations. In the first meeting, you do most of the talking; in this second meeting, we will do more. You will have ample opportunity to ask questions.

At the end of our presentation, you will have a list of actionable items that can help you achieve your business growth goals. You can do them yourself, hire someone, or give us the honor of working with you.

One of a Kind, Never Rubber Stamped

Some agencies charge $250 to $500 to run this kind of digital marketing audit. We charge nothing. Ours is a similar audit, but we are a newer agency growing our client base. I enjoy helping other small businesses and feel that I have something special to bring to the table. This report will be custom fit for your contracting business.  If you trust us to help grow your business, I, Paul, will put everthing I have into your project.
